"Being laid off in December 2008. Also, the new management concepts of cheapening the ADC product line for profit was a mistake."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Six months prior to being laid off, management in ADC started to rotate with the established management leaving. I felt that the newer management did not have a true understanding of what ADC's history was and what made ADC a market leader. My suggestion is for them to have a week long study of what made ADC such a great company and try to infuse that with what their new management and global market place allows."
