What do you like about working at Adaptaspace?

"This is a small company that has the feel of a family business. It doesn't have layers of management so you have greater control over projects and making change. The company is very open minded to new ideas and technology. The work environment is very relaxed which makes working here a joy. Due to the company completing projects around the globe I have had the chance to travel and the company allows me free time during this travel so that I can enjoy the places I'm going to."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Since this is a small company, this is not a place to get hidden in a cubical. Be prepared to roll up your sleaves and do all aspects of a project. From sales, proposals, design, staging to installs."

What don't you like about working at Adaptaspace?

"Since it is a small business there aren't many different positions to move to. Some of the systems and procedures are 'old school' however these are being updated and changed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to motivate people a bit more. Some times when the company is very busy there can be a bit of stress and strain and they need to learn how to get the staff through this."
