"implemented major operational changes without a thourough feasibility study, which did not produce desired results which in turn increased dissatisfaction and lowered moral which lowered productivity"

"just like vehicles, concepts may dazzle and excite but an inoperable floor model will always be beaten by a car that is already up and running. the optimistic plan should have lost to the currently proven highly successful operation."

"Management in the service department was excellent. Unfortunately sales didn't really do all that well."

"I enjoyed working at Acura Of Pasadena, a new dealership with a completely new car. It was exciting the first year. The managment was reasonable and not over baring. It was a great place to work. I wish I never left. They are now in Glendale CA"

"Acura of Pasadena is now in Glendale. The same owner and service manager as when I worked there. They are good people. The Acuras were easy compared to other cars at the time. Comping from General Motors cars, I was amazed with the quality a Honda product has"

"Shop was very small, awkward to work, and noisy"

"Just be professional and treat people the way you want to be treated!"

"Bell to bell shifts; out of your control CSI reports affecting your pay scale. Coming in on my day off to deliver a car - don't penalize someone's pay - share in the delivery process so people can enjoy their day off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Eliminate the bell to bell shifts; restructure the CSI report so outside factors don't affect one's pay! Be able to enjoy your days off and not be docked in pay on a delivery. Be more flexible when an employee has a good point - make a change when it's in everyone's best interest!"

"be ready to work alot of hours, non sense, go home on sundays/holidays..real buyers dont come out on those days, only bad customers do, they have nothing else to do..."

"It was very disorganized and my hands were tied by upper management. Store could have improved there says if they would have been more opento other options."
