What don't you like about working at Acura?

"Bell to bell shifts; out of your control CSI reports affecting your pay scale. Coming in on my day off to deliver a car - don't penalize someone's pay - share in the delivery process so people can enjoy their day off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Eliminate the bell to bell shifts; restructure the CSI report so outside factors don't affect one's pay! Be able to enjoy your days off and not be docked in pay on a delivery. Be more flexible when an employee has a good point - make a change when it's in everyone's best interest!"
