The recent remodel of open work area is not optimal for game development and publishing work. Also there seem to be a lot of upper management, and sometimes there are too many cooks in the kitchen."

"Make sure you know how to write clearly and descriptively. Communication is key in this business."

"There is very little opportunity to advance in the company, from a tester perspective."

"Establish a core team of full time testers to give people some job stability."

"Team fit is more important than technical know how for most placements. Know your stuff, but be a nice person. Be prepared."

"Often feedback is lost. Spend a lot of time struggling against poor communication and cowboy-coding. Short-sited and non-long-term thinking in system design and code."

"Reduce the amount of corporate-serving busy work and focus more on producing a good product and inspiring innovation in employees."

"The management in the company was horrible. Had no communication with other shifts."

"Hired a better management for them company also that has experience in video games."
