"The management is arbitrary and did not have set procedures in placed."

"Standard Operating Procedures should be established so that the company can functions not based on personalities."

"Horrible facilities, suffers from Dilbert Cube Syndrome, they even hire some workers that can't speak nary a word of English! It sucked having to sit there getting the abridged Coles Notes of a meeting that was going on in their Native tongue.They pay you well, but then they cut corners with their benefit package."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Why bother, I won't work there again."
