"I was working with one instructor who actually expert on the subject. However, sometimes the instructor were not really well dedicated to their task."

"The Corporate atmosphere, and the Type-A personalities that are inflexible."

"Wouldn't matter wht I said anyway, it's DISNEY!"

"Decentralize decision making. Empower Designers and Engineers to make own decisions. This will make the design and development process more efficient"
