"The environment is very casual and friendly. There are a lot of fun activities, the office is nice, and the people are brilliant. The culture at AOL is very inclusive and family-friendly."

"None. I was brought in as part of a startup acquisition and therefore I have never gone through AOL's interview process."

What don't you like about working at AOL?

"There are frequent layoffs and stability has been a concern."
