What do you like about working at ActionLink?

"Working at Action Link gave me personal flexibility and was challenging. My dedication to the position and facing all the challenges created a high level of success. I loved working with my team and all stores. Corporate and my districts team were great people to work with. They had great communication involving company goals and upcoming projects. They really worked hard at explaining each project and followed up on the success of each project. They had a super reporting system and made it so easy to follow the completion of each project and where the team needed help. Information was received immediately if customer concerns were needed. Action Link had a super portal to view applicants and each persons daily success. I also enjoyed weekly national conference calls that included successes and upcoming project information."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure your what your benefit package is. Health insurance for my spouse and I was 265.00 every other week. You will need to work long flexible hours and there is a high sense of urgency at Action Link. Dress professional, portray all management skills, and driven for success."

What don't you like about working at ActionLink?

"Picture compliance was a big part of project completion. The system did not attach to the reports correctly. A lot of time and adjustment was needed to complete. They were continually working to improve. Also they were very picky on clarity of the photo but did not provide cameras for the field. They did not have upkeep needs for cell phone. Mileage reimbursement, health benefits were very poor. Sometimes the business managers did not provide all tools needed for project completion. The pay did not meet the job expectation. Project time management did not always balance with project completion time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide all needed tools to better achieve project completion. I worked for the company for 6 months. I met my manager 1 time. She was not knowledgeable of some of the programs she suggested we used. She did not provide follow through unless she felt she was dealing with an urgent manner. Urgency was over done."
