"It's a good stepping stone into IT and Desktop support. It is a very detailed oriented role and great for entry level techs. I have been here for 6 months and I learned a few more things. I already have years of experience in Help Desk Tier 1 but I recommend this for anybody who wants to break out into the field. "That management micro- manages too much to the point where employs feel like children instead of adults"
