ACTIA Employee

"This company is way more interested in the size of their wallet then they are the employees' well-being. They like to talk about improving things, but little is ever done unless it's in the companies best interest. The CEO is almost never there, and has very little knowledge about the day-to-day operations. This in turn forces him to rely heavily on people that feed him false, and/or bad information which often leads to lots of lost time and money."
