"I worked at ACT for many years. In and out a couple of times. ACT used to be a great company. Now It has endured many changes, both due to the outside and inside effects. It is pretty difficult to say that the changes are good or not."

"Company is going through a reorganization and still trying to figure out how they will finalize the organizational structure. The company is currently very heavy on chiefs, and not enough Indians. Most of the brain power within the company has been forced to retire and current CEO and President have announced their retirement this next summer. This leads me to believe there is more shake-up on the horizon."

"Some of my supervisors and co workers. Initially, I did believe in the company's mission."

"My tip would be to look elsewhere for employment if you are seeking longetivity."

What don't you like about working at ACT Inc.?

"The way that many of it's employees are now being treated since change in CEO. The new CEO has great vision but unfortunately, it's at the expense of some of the most loyal employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, I believe the company is so far gone that there is really nothing that can be done at this point."
