"I loved working here. They are like a small family and while you still get drama, the people are nice and accepting. There is diversity in views, but we all work hard to perform. My only caveats here were the lack of ability to move up (they will tell you that you can move up in the interview, but in practicality that really isn't true) and the fact that the Owner is more concerned with keeping things separated than fostering teamwork and collaboration. This has led to a lot of inefficiency and unneeded personnel and positions as well as unprofessional presentation to owners since there is a lot of overlapping roles. Please fire Kahla - literally the most unprofessional, horrible, two-faced person I have ever worked with and why she's still got a job when she spends half the day talking and stirring the pot, I have no idea."
"I’ve worked with ACT construction for over 3 years. They are a great company, unfortunately, they had me going on the road traveling and it’s not something I’m wanting to do considering I’m wanting a family. If not for the I have no doubt I’d still be happy there. I’d like to thank them for the opportunity."
"I worked for ACT construction for 3 and A half years. They have a amazing team and great atmosphere."
