"Being an organized person will help you tremendously. You must be able to communicate well, and be able to react to 'spur-of-themoment' situations, often."

What don't you like about working at Acro Service?

"It wasn't the indutry of my ultimate passion. I stepped out of the restaurant industry to be at ACRO (and am very gratful to have had that experience for so many reasons), but it physically didn't keep me on my feet enough. It was an office job, whwre I only had to walk the plant periodically."

"Be well-balanced and through in your coaching, always seek knowledge about your job, and treat your staff with constant respect."

"The contract paid a fair wage and I was assigned to a great manufacturing plant."

"Be positive and honest, describe your accomplishments and your strengths."

What don't you like about working at Acro Service?

"Temporary employment contracts come to an end and this was a sad end as the factory where I was contracted to work was closing down."
