3.3 I have been working at Acme Markets as a Salesforce Developer for the past two years. The salary and benefits package is competitive, but there is a lack of job security due to frequent restructuring. The company culture is not very engaging, and there is a lack of collaboration between teams. However, I have had the opportunity to work on some challenging projects and develop my technical skills.

Acme Markets is a supermarket chain operating over 100 stores in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Acme is headquarted in Malvern, Pennsylvania, and is part of the SuperValu network of grocery stores which stretches from coast to coast in the United States. Albertson’s, Cub, Jewel-Osco, Save-A-Lot, and Shop n’ Save are among the other store chains in the SuperValu network.

The first Acme store opened in south Philadelphia in 1891. Today, Acme Markets is the second largest food retailer in the Greater Philadelphia area. Acme stores offer the full spectrum of grocery departments including produce, deli, bakery, meat and seafood. Pharmacy and floral services are also available.
