"The business culture leaves much to be desired. A perfect example is the negative conditioning that the management provides on a daily basis."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that they change their business mentality to support the entire staff, and encourage them to become more of a positive influence. This in my opinion would increase productivity and profitability."
