"Everything! This company is plagued with middle management and an executive management that only care about doing what is most profitable for them and not what is best in the long run. Non-management positions are grossly underpaid, especially in the tv broadcasting department. They do not follow industry standards for job titles, descriptions, or salary and you end up doing 15 different jobs when you were only hired to do one of them. Stay as far away from this company as possible."
