Business Development Manager

"I worked at Accuity for 3 years; prior to that I worked for a sister company in the same office. Accuity tends to have a split of employees who stay for a very long time and employees who leave quickly. It can be hard to get to know people, but once you do, it becomes a warm place.Accuity would like to be a swift-moving, agile company, but it's not (yet). The jobs tend to be very siloed rather than collaborative. Overall, though, it's good."
