"One of the managers saw potential in me and gave me the opportunity to expand beyond Executive Assistant work and hired me into their Accounting team as AP lead."

"This company is no longer in business for the very reason listed above."

What don't you like about working at Alpine Affiliates?

"This was a small family owned company. A divorce among the principals, infighting and all the drama and personal issues resulted in a company that was often used a personal piggy bank and tool in a fight. Several key management left over the years and I finally decided the drama wasn't working and choose to leave to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The biggest suggestion I have for any company I work for is leave your personal problems at home. This is even more important when you are the owner of a small business. Your actions effect staff mora and jeopardize your business."
