"I enjoyed most of the people at Danmar. I also liked the fact that I was able to learn about and perform in many different positions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure you will be satisfied staying in the same position at the same wage as when hired. If you are looking for any kind of advancement position or financial wise, this is probably not hte place for you."
What don't you like about working at Danmar Industries?
"I didn't like that there was not really any advancement opportunities. Even though I ended up taking over and running 2 departments, I was barely compensated for one. There was no real growth allowed within the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To provide more incentive to do a good job. The company moral needs to be boosted, and appreciation shown for the work performed."

"Great Benefits, vacation, pension, 401k,dental, medical, christmas bonus and other company functions."

"Expect a panel to interview you and sometimes your competitor with be in the same room you are interviewing with."

"Not enough work to go around, company moved. gave me an opportunity to work elsewhere and gain additional experience."

"I suggest that management would settle down on the closing down of plants and work on the projects within the company's merchandise."
