"People should take responsibility for their work and hard work."

"Before Omron bought out IDM Controls they were a service conpany that provided the customers plant maintenance services that opened doors to other projects and opportunies...now that is all gone!"

What don't you like about working at OMRON Global?

"Limited product offering, not compitable with any other vendors ..lots of gaps and holes in their offering! No customer service or in the field support services (e.g. Installation, startup services, etc.) Worst management in the industry for decades...most hated vendor by their distributors!"

"Think for yourself and support the customers!"

"Very young collaborative environment which stressed everyone working together (typically Japanese)"

"Very limited opportunity for advancement because we were a communications department within a control company"
