"Very diverse and dynamic workplace, teaching college students will always be a different experience than working for a company as Accountant."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sure you want to teach because is very difficult to stand in front of a class of 70 and not being comfortable with what you do."

What don't you like about working at TEC?

"I was able to touch minds and not just crunching numbers. Tec de Monterrey allowed me to give back to the community."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Always ask professors to be as passionate in teaching as they would like their best professor to be."

"Have students registered with user name and password as soon as they sign up for classes."

"It takes time away from lecturing when teaching a computer class and students cannot sign in."
