"My dislike would have more to do with the commute and juggling school and work. Not the work itself."

What do you like about working at ActiveForever?
"It was a great stepping stone just out of college. I learned to control myself in an office setting and operate as a big business, despite having only 30 employees. I learned the importance of developing good relationships with suppliers and customers. I love the concept of ActiveForever, selling medical durable goods at a low price (so people can actually afford them)."

"Be spunky! The CEO is a happy, go-getter and loves nice, confident, aggresive people."
What don't you like about working at ActiveForever?
"I worked very hard for this company; overtime & taking on more and more responsibilities, with a positive attitude, however, I was compensated and recognized very little. An occasional, positive email was sent out to everyone every couple months and $100 to spend at ActiveForever at Christmas. For a company of 30 employees and thousands of customers, the people pouring their heart and soul into your company should at least be recognized. But with a growing company, greed always seems to take center stage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take care of the people who are building, protecting, & working hard for your company. An email to the whole office saying, thanks for making me millions every couple months isn't enough. Happy employees lead to a happy work environment, which leads to happy customers."

"I liked being able to take care of tasks without having to go thru my manager for permission."

"Long work hours where you take working lunch breaks so don't expect a traditional lunch break."

"Allow employees a traditional lunch break one day a week such as on Friday's since they work through their breaks every other day of the week."

"Please keep all personal things to yourself and try to stay as professional as possible, note that small talk can go along way."

"There was no room for error. My boss was very picky but without understanding that what she was asking for was something she needed to fix."

"Keep everything in timely manner, when things fall behind everyone else suffers, all individual employees should be shown some respect to their work."
