What do you like about working at Accountemps?

"When the economy is slow, you can at least get some employment. However; there is not much room for growth. The majority of positions for women are clerical, thus eliminating you from upper management. But to get your feet wet, or as a last resort, they are the best."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be thin! Be professional (all business from your head to your toes). But most important. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! Know what you are talking about at all times. Not one mistake can be made or you are done for."

What don't you like about working at Accountemps?

"There is little or no career advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider all people for all positions. Open yourselves and then in turn your clients to your staff's hidden potential. There are lateral positions that can be useful especially for women who need the revenue to live off."

"The atmosphere was very nice."

What don't you like about working at Accountemps?

"I didn't like working in a room with over 50 people with no telephone to converse at all with our clients."

"Management need to be more involved with their staff."
