"It was commission sales and you could earn as much as you wanted, one sale had a $100,000 commission"
What don't you like about working at HART Associates?
"Sales in their field were great for the most part but when you produced too much they brought their accounts in house and our sales when down. This happened every two or three years."

"Budget better so they can keep their staff during the down turns."

"I like the steady money... when they're not cutting the pay."

"Just pass the entrance exam and the drug test."

"difficulty managing workload and internal politics. It's a work hard type of company. If you are young and want to gain experience this is a great place for you. If you are in mid career and need good work life balance this might not be a good place for you"
