"Be sure you have firm details regarding the client account you will be assigned."

"I don't feel confident in the work that I'm performing. I come from an events planning background and I'm currently working in direct mail and catalog work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More opportunities for growth as there isn't many opportunties to work for a diverse client load. Saying thank you to employees and I don't mean by $$$. Small perks like letting employees leave early on an occasional Friday or around a holiday weekend. Our work space is dimal with cubicles over 20 years old with outdated fixtures, paint, etc. New paint and artwork even from Target would be a drastic improvement and wouldn't cost much."

"Nice people."

"Be clear about how much say you have in your work."
What don't you like about working at Lorel Marketing Group?
"No direction for company. President was micro manager."

"Hire good people, let them do good work. Give clear direction and focus on building the company, not the daily work."

"I highly enjoy working with the people at OgilvyAction."

"Discuss experiences in consumer promotions, shopper marketing and experiential marketing."

"Senior management is not cognizant of necessary resources to manage existing clients. Focus is mainly on new business."

"Take care of the needs of your existing clients and work on building those relationships. With those needs met, focus can shift to new business development."

"The office space could have used some sprucing up. It was very old, musty space but the people and the accounts more than made up for the space."

"management overall were very supportive and attentive to the needs of the day-to-day account activities and stepped in to help whenever needed."

"Work as hard you could and get your education going while you working for secuirtas."
