"Re-evaluating the pay structure for administration with bonus pay being based on annual sales."

"This company was easy and if you can answer simple questions you will have no problem."

"The sales pressure of trying to make a sale when there is no opportunity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get away from the sales goals as they don't even have any way of knowing how much they need to goal for each month."
What do you like about working at The Standard?
"There is some flexibility with scheduling, and we do get to travel occassionally. I enjoy the client contact and relationship building."

"Get to know your manager first, ask lots of questions about their style."
What don't you like about working at The Standard?
"Management has changed out job structure to focus on proactive activity when most of what we have to do everyday is reactive. The goals for my job are now unrealistic, and management refuses to recognize that, so we all feel set up to fail."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Spend much less time involved in day to day activities of staff. If you hire smart people, trust that they are doing the job well and get involved only when necessary. I'd understand that a lot of what we do has grey area and isn't always going to be black and white."

"It is a great place to begin your career.They have great tools and smart people working there."

"Be very willing to learn. They will give you the tools to succeed. Always be looking to grow and expand your knowledge base."
What don't you like about working at WebMetro?
"They do take an interest in you as a professional."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You need to make it more appealing for people to stay.If you want to retain young talent you need to pay them market value (not right out of college, no experience value).You need to improve the benefits of working there, unless you're married and have kids or a house, there is no real draw to it after you have served about 2 years. Young talent is able to move around and someone else will pay them about 30-40% more especially with the excellent experience you give them."

"you are helping people, but can't really help yourself. low pay so you must really like the work you do"

"low pay, lack of growth, lack of monetary recognition, low pay increase"

"focus on staff retention through monetary rewards or paid time off instead of having such high staff turnover"

"Do you yourself a favor and really think before you go. The owner hires young girls and then act inappropriate with them. very disturbing"

"The Owner was very discriminatory, he would invite the staff out and be very inappropriate with them. Several left because of this"

"Public Sexual Harassment is not for the work place and makes for a very uncomfortable environment"
