"Agency closed doors after 25 years based on lost of revenue. I would've hire more senior management team at the right time."

"The company is great to work for, just not the group I'm in."

"There's no real team spirit in my team. Our group leader isn't open to suggestions, doens't inspire and can't be trusted."

"Put my employees in the condition to always permorm at their best."

"I really do enjoy the people that I work with, the laid back atmosphere at the office, open hours, company gameroom and much more."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You will enjoy working here as there are quite the gambit of characters. However, if you are looking to advance your career and move up within the company, there isn't much room for that. Typically, there is the Executive Manaement Team, maybe a director of your department and then everyone else."
What don't you like about working at 352 Media Group?
"I dislike the time that many of the programmers, designers and front end developers show up. It is difficult to schedule meetings earlier in the day and or respond to clients with technical information first thing in the morning if we need to consult a resource that isn't yet in the office."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have a more team approach to projects to have a more collaborative approach. I would allow the designers, programmers, front end developers to speak directly with the client on a more frequent basis."

"They were very hard to deal with internally if you weren't located in corporate."

"Find a way to streamline the order entry & contract process."

"K2 is a good companyu to join if you already have a few years of recruiting experience under your belt. Not a good place for new recruiters."

"We worked in a very underdeveloped part of town and no consideration was given to improving the physical work environment."

"More accountability to the general recruiting group. Less favoritism to the popular crowd."

"I have enjoyed the company culture and being part of large commercial deployments. Seeing the final results (i.e. T-Mobile UMTS deployment) is always rewarding to be a part of."

"Current restructuring plans have deteriorated morale and made daily work difficult to complete."

"Negotiate the highest starting pay up front, as annual merit increases are minimal."

"Excessive pay for the CEO and other top management, limited career growth opportunities."

"need less process based management and allow key people to make business decisions"

"There have been many lay offs and reduction of resources. The publishingindustry is going through many changes so job base is not secure in this industry right now at this company. You have to be adaptable to survive."

"Legacy employees lack of initiative, motivation or acceptance of change managment was very time consuming to win them over."

"Chaging up resource to better alocate work of legacy employees to standardized jobs so we dont lose their knowledge but comprise to make their work appealing and our new approaches work."

"I made some good friends and learned from the process what not to do."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't interview - so many better shops out there that will put you on the map faster."
What don't you like about working at Digitas?
"It's a very political place.You could essentially be a high performer but if you weren't kissing ass to the right folks, they were essentially abused, threatened and forced to leave. The HR practices were so awful that folks who left could easily sue Digitas."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Watch your senior managers and the games they play. You lost a lot of talent as a result."

"Many Co-workers were great and office was small but cute."

"Go in knowing that this place should be last on list. Phone interview, 1 or 2 in-person and a test."

"Out of touch, oppressive and incompetent management at the top....drives company into ground"

"Get rid of and start new. Invest in human capital."
