"I have to start thinking about my finances and carrer more instead of a comfort zone."
What do you like about working at Gulf South Medical Supply?
"The schedule, the atmoshphere, internet access ( I was able to do my online homework during downtime), the department I am in ( NO customer service calls), the activities, Friday fun days, the type of business ( supplying medical products to those in efforts to save lives, provide comfort and be affordable)"

"Make sure you always have a secondary source of money, higher education and talents in case you ever have to change career paths."
What don't you like about working at Gulf South Medical Supply?
"Perks have either declined or been removed due to economy, pay is not enough, bonus criteria is changing to make it harder to bonus, I still do not understand my tasks and the terminology here because of how training was done, although I receive compliments on my efficiency and accuracy, I do not feel as if I know my job as I should. That is an uncomfortable feeling, as I take pride in being knowledgeable if not an expert. I have have many financial problems because I simply do not make enough. I have great credit, house & new car but I have to pinch pennies and my child and I can not join any organizations because we can not afford it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If they would spend more money paying employees than having parties, the turn over rate would not be so high."
