"Mason office is run by Latinos who are promoted over others whether the most qualified or not. Salaries are cheap! The only thing lacking was a whip! My supervisor was unqualified! I was asked to help buy the manager an expensive gift at Christmas, even though he bought nothing. When I said no, I was criticized by my supervisors. The hand activated time clock has germs and makes people sick. Many employees were sick with colds. Huge lack of growth opportunities!!!!!!"

"Working with the different co-worker's and my job. I did not mind collecting money owed from deliquent accounts, it did not bother me if people were rude,I just always tried to turn the situation around to be positive and let the borrower know that I was there to help."

"I did not like the fact that the company did not offer any more benefits other than medical and the pay was not great."
