What do you like about working at Accord Technology?

"I have come in as the company is starting up, so everything I experience, I understand. Our product is innovative and one that will be needed by many aviation companies in the near future. We have put everything in place and while the orders trickle in now, we are ready for the large orders to come. It's exciting to think about how big the company could get!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Our CEO is very particular about how he wants things done. You will learn how he wants things done and you will find that he is a very interesting wordly person, You may want to research the company on our website."

What don't you like about working at Accord Technology?

"It is a little bit scary, hoping that sales will pick up. You have to keep faith and fix obstacles as they come without want to throw in the towel sometimes! But I must say, this isn't really a negative about the company because it feels so good when, what seemed to be a horrible problem becomes a thing of the past. Another nice thing, is I have so many situations come up and it is fun to learn how to deal with them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I believe our management already has it together, so suggestions only come during day to day operations when management wants advice."
