"I was hired after the acquisition of other companies to bring structure and stability to the organization. However, after I was hire the company took a down turn and my job was to downsize the organization which is with my review is low for stability."

"I enjoyed the work I was hired to do there. I was able to consolidate the HR function between several acquired organizations, including developing an employee handbook, introduce a common benefit plan and set up an on boarding program."
What don't you like about working at Access Integrated Technologies?
"I did not realize that my position would change in such a short time and I would have to lead several rounds of lay offs."
