"I enjoyed the work I was hired to do there. I was able to consolidate the HR function between several acquired organizations, including developing an employee handbook, introduce a common benefit plan and set up an on boarding program."

What don't you like about working at Access Integrated Technologies?

"I did not realize that my position would change in such a short time and I would have to lead several rounds of lay offs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest that corporate in NJ and divisional offices should communicate."
