"I worked for Accenture since 2007 and is an excellent place to work."
"I liked the opportunities made available to employees in terms of training and consulting. You can learn a lot from these opportunities. I found that Accenture is not good in software development as it is in consulting, and it is quite hard to transfer within the company."
"I do not care for the company because they stated if you get laid off you can come back if they have another position, that is a lie because you can apply for the position and they tell you you are not qualified for it, which it was the same position you had before."
"Overall I think Accenture is a great company to work with. The only complaint I can think of is the work life balance is not as good as I would like. However, as a consulting company, this is to be expected. Many opportunities to grow your career and to get involved. I still recommend this company to my friends."
"I worked at Accenture beginning in January, 2012. I found work challenging but inviting."
"There is a great deal of distinction and difference between the Accenture NA Employee and the Global Career Program workforces. I would appreciate if this difference is addressed appropriately. Good Benefits with extended Insurance Coverage options is a big plus."
"It is a very good and ethical company. I have worked in India."
"It's a great place to work, however, it depends on the practice group where you land. Each group is its own entity and the amount of politics is dependent upon the management layers in charge of this particular group. The best way to get in is through someone you know. Accenture has a great referral system and gives priority to those who are nominated by internal employees. It's a very tough place to survive if you come in at a senior position. It's like a fraternity and you are expected to know everything since the majority of employees "grew" up there right out of college."
