"I started working at Accenture directly out of college since 2012. They do a pretty good job of training their new hires and getting them into the field right away. The one thing I don't like is that due to the sheer size of the company it is hard to navigate your career path, or control what your next assignment will be."

Being a big and traditional consulting company, it is good to create a solid career if you focus only on that but it is hard to seek for innovations inside.
