"I've worked for Accenture since 2012, but the work has been kind of not too challenging enough."
"I started working at Accenture directly out of college since 2012. They do a pretty good job of training their new hires and getting them into the field right away. The one thing I don't like is that due to the sheer size of the company it is hard to navigate your career path, or control what your next assignment will be."
"I've worked for 6 months for Accenture Brasil. The new mobile development area still needs improvement and lots of growing. Being a big and traditional consulting company, it is good to create a solid career if you focus only on that but it is hard to seek for innovations inside. I would recommend for anyone interested in growing big but wouldn't recommend for anyone interested in having a creative and free work."
"I have worked with Accenture for almost 4 years now."
"Accenture is a fantastic opportunity for "new comers" that want to learn the business, optimize their skills learning from very seasoned professionals and want to see the world. We have recently begun to entertain "experienced hires" who don't have as pleasant a time doing things "the Accenture way" which sometimes lacks integrity."
"Great company!!! The best place to work."
"I am working with Accenture Services since last 6 months. It's a great company with great people and work culture."
"It is a well balanced consulting firm. Allows decent work life balance and tries to get local projects as much as possible. People need to network to get those close to home projects. There is vast diversity of projects one can work on, but need to be patient with respect to moving into a new project."
"Accenture is a great company to work with and has a vast array of education options to choose from."
"Accenture is a great place to work. It has very good work culture"
