"I worked for Academy for about a year and the store itself was alright as far as looks and visual. The management was no good. They wouldn't let anyone try to cross-train to move up unless the Store Director had you as a favorite. You busted yourself to just never move up. I love hard work but after a year, I would hope to even get noticed. The management system was very slow and unreliable as well. They only focused on the money rather than their employees as well."
