"Know your product! Have confidence in yourself. You have to make people excited about what your trying to sell. Sometimes people don't know what they want until someone shows it to them. Once again KNOW YOUR PRODUCT!"
What don't you like about working at Abt Electronics?
"I think that upper management needed to listen more to the sales staff. The sales staff was the driving force of the company. Maybe meetings to listen to ideas or even concerns. Employees want to be appreciated. Letting them share their ideas lets them know that they are valued and that their thoughts and opinions do matter."
