3I've worked at ACU for almost 4 years now and I do love working at ACU. The people here are wonderful and are a joy to work with/for. However, ACU focuses on putting out fires and not forward thinking when it comes to technology. When we do something progressive, we only do just enough and don't make it sustainable. While we are an innovative campus, and we really are, we don't have the manpower to move from a reactive environment to something that is proactive, which can make things stressful.

4.4ACU SGA is a student government group on campus where we take an active role in benefiting the student population here on campus. It has been a great job where I get to learn about money management and how to properly and effectively lead others. I have had the opportunity to conduct over 60 meetings with different student leaders on campus and grow and learn from the diverse set of experiences SGA provides.
