"Abercrombie and Fitch has been quite a different experience than I had envisioned. Truthfully, management was respectful and understanding of my situation at the time I was hired. However, after my first week on the job, I felt unwelcomed. The atmosphere alone is not welcoming and management is rude. We recently got a new manager who has not made a good impression on my peers. He, too, tends to be rude and critical. The need to meet company standards as an employee is understandable, however developing a good work environment in which everyone is comfortable is also necessary."
"it was an okay job but to me personally it was not somewhere I intended to be for years, only a summer job and internship."
