Abbott management allowed the Diagnostics Division to fail by putting too much emphasis on corporate profits and too little effort on customer satisfaction. Many former Abbott Diagnostics customers will never do business with Abbott again, and this makes it very difficult for a sales representative to be successful."

"Come in formal business attire and be ready to be interviewed by 5-10 people. This is not the place to work, if you don't like acquiring new knowledge on a daily basis."

"There wasn't anything negative. It was a very nice place to work."

"I met a lot of well educated people, but that doesn't necessarily make them a good manager. There should be a program that they have to go through for business and leadership skills. It only takes one to disrupt the system in any organization."

"Inept VP's and a credo that is NEVER the truth. Management misinforms the workers and sinks the ship, blames the good guys. too many women managers who are at best clerks!"
