"I've worked for Aaron Sims Creative for over three years now. My job with them has covered many areas of expertise. I spent most of my early days there working as their CG and compositing supervisor, as well as being the lead member of their pipeline development team. My job leading teams in the art world have also given me opportunities to see the artist's needs and develop tools that work well for them. Over the last few years my job has become more heavily involved in developing the companies technological infrastructure, developing their entire pipeline, and building customized tools and work flows for the whole company. The company itself is forward thinking, and generally very good to their employees. I'm seeking new opportunities now because I'm looking for professional growth and development that is beyond their current abilities. The only reason that I cannot recommend the company's CEO is that he generally underpays his employees and gives no opportunities for advancement. Otherwise, I love the company and have had a remarkable time working with all of them, even the CEO."
