"The management is very terrible. My former manager did not provide training to me or my coworkers and constantly berated us for it. This person is known to be very terrible to work with. In addition, this kind of attitude really shows throughout the company culture."
"Great business model, the great company overall"
"The accounting department is large (85+), mainly insurance and motor club accountants, whom are family oriented. There is generally a low turn over rate. However, expect to work weekends and overtime January through May."
"I have worked at AAA for a few years, overall it is a good company to work for. The training courses available are very helpful to the overall success and the management team are super friendly and curious."
"Great company and they have amazing benefits and pension plan. I definitely recommend if wanting something challenging yet stable."
"no comment. ....................................................."
"CSAA offers a variety of technology, but it has had multiple layoffs in the past year because it has not been managed properly. Also, some teams seem favored with opportunities while others see stagnation. There is also a lot of unwillingness among teams to solve problems--there's a lot of "that's not my job" or "you need to contact that team for that, not me"...."
"Good organization with solid ethics and, goals and services. Slow to change and extremely insular. Needs younger leadership in certain areas and new blood from folks with experience elsewhere."
"AAA Club Alliance is a mission-driven organization that puts it members and communities first. It offers associates the opportunities to improve the lives or our members, save them in their time of need and also build financial security through a range of innovative and useful products."
"Good brand. Not good work place morale."
