"The management is very terrible. My former manager did not provide training to me or my coworkers and constantly berated us for it. This person is known to be very terrible to work with. In addition, this kind of attitude really shows throughout the company culture."

"The accounting department is large (85+), mainly insurance and motor club accountants, whom are family oriented. There is generally a low turn over rate. However, expect to work weekends and overtime January through May."

"CSAA offers a variety of technology, but it has had multiple layoffs in the past year because it has not been managed properly. Also, some teams seem favored with opportunities while others see stagnation. There is also a lot of unwillingness among teams to solve problems--there's a lot of "that's not my job" or "you need to contact that team for that, not me"...."
