"The owner treats IT people worse than anywhere else I've been in over 20 years"

What do you like about working at A Place For Mom?

"Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Nano. Null opcode. Stack overflow."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't waste your time with APFM. They lie, the cheat their customers, and all they really care about is getting the most money they can from their clients and partners by whatever means possible, and they don't give a rip if it's either unethical or illegal (e.g. selling your personal data to other companies even when they say they won't on their web site)."

What don't you like about working at A Place For Mom?

"Everything, including doing a lot of demeaning coding then getting fired w/ no notice, no compensation, nothing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The owner, John Temple, is better suited to managing a convenience store, should stop lying to employees, and honor his agreements some time. I have more respect for lawyers, politicians, and communist dictators than I do for APFM managment."
