"Well organized, and with all the necessary supporting equipment to complete the biggest job. All the necessary literature was available."

"I have no tips, except to be honest and yourself. Sooner or later you will be known for who you are, and trying to be someone you're not is not an asset."
What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"It took a while to get off nights, and on to the day shift."

"The management did a wonderful job, and we who worked on the planes were very appreciative to all the services they provided."

"Don't give up. It;s a big company, and there is lots of places to travel"

"The drive from concord to San jose I put 130000 miles on my car in 3 years"

"I really don't have any advice I loved the job and it's my loss not to work there anymore"

"ASA is a growing company with a lot of growth opportunities, agression to career goals is not a bad thing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management to spend more face time with the employees, talk to the mechanics, atleast attempt to make them to feel part of the system and not just a number. This in it's self would reduce some of the suspicion on the floor about the company. There is a lot of unrest over job futures and wage/benifits. Especially on the night crews. A gentle reminder to the company is that wages are not the whole of why people choose to work at ASA, but the benifits program, especially the health carequality and cost. Health care is of no use if you cant afford to use it. Also an employee that can't use his health care without fear of reprocussion, is as useless as the overpriced/unusable healthcare it's self"
