"Entrenched, uneducated, and poorly prepared management are stubborn and ultimately poorly equipped to deal with evolving technology. Far more evolved in office politics than a company of this small size would otherwise be. HR is not versed with California labor laws, C.O.O. is in position due to seniority in lieu of actual qualifications. The lab manager is incompetent. Constantly debating over buying the tools required to perform the function of a test lab."
