"My Supervisor was great. Easy to get along with and understanding. Other than that no compensation for any extra work done. Management has no clue how to run this place. People placed in job positions that have no prior experience. It's who you know and if you're a good drinking buddy, then you can move up!!! No lie!!"
"This place has a lot of potential if the upper management would learn to listen to their older employees who know the job. But no, they take employee ideas and take the credit for them and then mess it up. No credit given to any employee with a brain. Wasteful with money, not paying bills on time and then blame the workers they are not working and producing enough material. The problem is in the upper management. They have too big of an ego to admit they screw up often!!! Always the workers fault. Always!"
