"Other than the incompetent amateurs that seem to be in most spots as part of the 'old boy' network, there were some talented, nice people but they soon left."

"Avoid them like the plague. Take whatever they tell you during the interview process with a grain of salt. They are running the company by the seat of their pants, so you can expect your management direction to be that quality."

What don't you like about working at 3PAR?

"Lack of any real management direction for the staff and the company as a whole. They don't get how to service the enterprise and will always be a minor, niche player until they address that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace the team that was there during the start up days. You can't run a public company like a start up and need professionals in those positions to take the company to the next level."
