"Don't hesitate to accept work for 3M Corporation if given the opportunity. I believe it is still a great company with ever expanding goals."

What don't you like about working at 3M?

"They shut our plant down due to the economy, so that comes to mind first on the bad side of things with 3M Corporation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider the employees that are affected and the need for their skills before rushing to make decisions on closures. The skill set at some plants such as our own in Petaluma, California was so high we could have accomplished other areas for the company with our size and engineering and support knowledge."
