"The people were great to work with. They were some of the most brilliant engineers and scientist I have ever worked with."

"If you are a young engineer, this is a great place to start your career."

What don't you like about working at 3M?

"Pay ranges were almost impossible to advance in, due to the matrix they use. The health insurance they have is extremely non-family friendly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the people on the floor using the production machinery a little more often."
