"360training is a great place to start your career, build your resume, and move on. There is opportunity for advancement, but not much room for salary increases. This company is notorious for low salaries and high turnover. Constant priority changes make it difficult for team to buy in. Poor leadership and focus from executive team causes a silo mentality in departments, thus communication, cooperation, and cross-functional teamwork and collaboration are virtually nonexistent."
